WORSHIP 28th MARCH – PALM SUNDAY

*Important* – buildings will be open for in-person worship from Easter Sunday onwards. We celebrate a ‘bring your own bread&wine’ communion on Easter Sunday in both places of worship – deatils for booking at the beginning of the video.

This week we follow Jesus in his ‘triumphal entry’ into Jerusalem. We often call this ‘Palm Sunday’ and yet in the gospel of Luke there are no palm branches: we ask why, and find that it says something important about who Jesus really is.

Let’s worship God…

WORSHIP 21st MARCH

Reminder that you can join us for a catch up over Zoom between 10-11 Sundays, 1030-1130 Wednesdays at www.aberlour.video/coffee

This week we take the next stage of the journey with Jesus on his way to Jerusalem. We see a lack of vision from the disciples, while a blind man receives his vision. And then there’s wee Zaccheus, who climbs the sycamore tree to see what’s going on, and whose lives is turned around.

Let’s worship God.

WORSHIP 14th MARCH

This week we tackle a difficult story told by Jesus – as we witness the fates of both the RIch Man and Lazarus. It is also Mothering Sunday – a joyful time for some, and a difficult time for many. This weekend marks 25 years since the atrocity of the Dunblane Primary shootings, and we mark it in sorrow and prayer with a hymn written to commemorate that tragedy. In all the complexities, joys, and griefs of life – we turn to God in worship.

In the Reflection, Andrew references a sermon by Martin Luther King: you can read it at http://www.aberlour.video/MLK_Sermon
