THIS WEEK’S INTIMATIONS:

Sun 25th August: The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be held at both churches and there will be a retiring offering for ‘Step by Step Moray’

Wed 21st August: Alpha Course commences in the Walled Garden Cafe in Fochabers at 7.30pm. Alpha is an amazing way to let people explore the ‘big questions’ of life. They aren’t preached at by the group leaders, but invited to share their own thoughts/opinions. Throughout the weeks, the excellent materials introduce participants to Jesus and Christianity, and the small groups hopefully become places of friendship and open sharing. Alpha is not intended for “mature” Christians, however they are welcome to attend if they are bringing someone along. The venue for the course is a neutral space with wonderful food and a great atmosphere, and it is hoped it will be an ideal location to invite folk, who may be a little hesitant to come to a church, to explore the Christian faith. Please see notice on noticeboard for info.
